  Beautiful hand crafted marble inlay flowers, the design is taken from the columns of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. The largest mosque in the country, it was constructed between 1996 and 2007. The 96 columns in the main prayer hall are clad with marble and inlaid in a beautiful flowering vine pattern. This tile is a sample of one of the flowers on the columns, drawn to scale.
  
  Each tile is handcrafted by highly skilled marble artisans, who learned the craft from their fathers and their fathers before them, descendants of the artisans who built the Taj Mahal. Each individual stone is hand selected, hand carved and hand inlaid with great skill and an eye for artistic expression.
  
  The flowers have a lovely gentle, calm swaying quality. Very relaxing to look at.
  
  Measures 16 x 10 inches.
  Nicely finished half bullnose edge.
  
  The red flower is carnelian, green marble, mother of pearl, yellow onyx on white marble.
  
  The blue flower is lapis lazuli, green marble, mother of pearl, Italian onyx on white marble.
