  Unique, stunning OOAK statement handbag in cobalt blue velvet, hand embroidered in a radiating floral pattern and inlaid with genuine ruby and emerald gemstones, sewn in. Two ways to wear it - either dangle it from your wrist from a crystal embedded top handle bracelet or use the crossbody snake chain.
  
  This is a remarkable purse! A work of art! Vibrant colors! Amazing detail. Unique round shape. The center flower is raised and silk shaded. A beautiful ruby bead is sewn into the center. The eight sided star is detailed in a silver colored silk. Each leaf and petal is outlined in a twisted gold metallic thread.
