  Teal and navy blue silk tassels fan out from under a raised and outwardly rounded silver toned collar studded with sparkly teal and copper colored crystals. The color combination is a winner! Crystals catch the light from all directions and just light up!
  
  It sits on the lower part of the neck and the tassels fan out over your collar bone.
