Large blue bird sitting in a flowering tree, expertly hand embroidered in silk on black velvet, by master zardozi artisans, using silk, metallic threads and genuine semi precious stones. The bird and the branch are realistically rendered in 3D by a labor intensive technique of embroidering over layers and layers of underlying floss. Very few embroiderers are accomplished in this specialized technique.
